My name is Steve Ingram. I'm a custom home builder in Walton and Okaloosa Counties on the beautiful Emerald Coast of northwest Florida. I've been building custom homes for my clients in Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, Point Washington, Santa Rosa Beach, Seagrove Beach, Seacrest Beach, Valparaiso and points north in Florida for over a decade.
I'm not the largest builder in the area, but that has never been my professional goal. I'm not a developer of expansive subdivisions and I don't showcase model homes. My focus has always been to build high quality, affordable custom homes for those who own, or plan to purchase a residential lot here on the Emerald Coast.
What I bring to the table is a wealth of design and building experience for my clients. Some of my clients have supplied their own design plans and many have selected from one of the many cottage designs I feature here on my web site.
My clients range from those who want an affordable vacation home on the coast, to retirees, to locals in the area in need of affordable housing. Both myself and my entire team of skilled craftsman approach every project with a firm resolve to make each project exceed our clients' expectations.
